How do I organize my crews into multiple geographies (Territories)?

 

Operations allows for setting roles and responsibilities in geographies called "Territories". To add a territory, you can either: 

  • Add a new territory by going to Operations >Territories and clicking Add Territory, or
  • Go to an existing territory by clicking one in the list at Operations >Territories and clicking the Split button which will copy all roles and ask which unit to move to the new territory. 

Once you have given your territory a name and time zone you can assign your crew (Accounts) responsibilities for cleaning, inspection, maintenance, guest check-ins and managers. 

To assign units to any territory you can do so from the Operations >Territories page.
