HomeToGo is now available in our new and innovative Kigo Channel Manager.

List your properties with HomeToGo and start generating new bookings!

In only a few years, HomeToGo has become the fastest-growing distribution channel for vacation rentals worldwide. Power, Flexibility, Control, and Fairness - that’s how HomeToGo maximizes bookings and helps property managers grow independent from traditional OTAs.

Control over cancelation policy, payment and guest communication, lightspeed integration and enhanced brand visibility - all of this and much more is now available at a few clicks away to all Kigo clients.

Kigo is fully integrated with HomeToGo. Once you connect, your listings will be automatically synchronized including prices, availability, images and descriptions. Connecting with HomeToGo is very simple and you will find that offering your vacation rental properties is easier than ever.

How to connect to HomeToGo:

1.      Fill up a simple form provided by your implementation consultant and accept the HomeToGo Terms and conditions 

2.      Ask your Kigo Implementation Consultant to add HomeToGo to your available channels. If you haven’t got one, please send us your request to

3.      Once our Implementation team has confirmed that HomeToGo has been added to your channels, please Login into your KigoPro account and navigate to Channels/Overview. You will find HomeToGo within the “My Channels – Disabled” section

4.      Click on “Edit” and setup your price adjustment (if needed). You can find more information here
5.      The “Vacation Rental” listing collection has been automatically applied, click on it and review that the correct configurations (such as Stay rules, fees and taxes) are applied to the listings. If you need our help with the configurations, don’t hesitate to contact us at
6.      Select the listings you want to share with HomeToGo and click on the “+” symbol next to “Channels”  
A Pop-up will appear, please select “HomeToGo Distribution Partner” and click on “Apply”:

If you wish, you can use our “Simulator” to make sure you applied the correct configurations. Please remember that the “Vacation Rental” collection is shared with your website and all changes applied to it will reflect in all “channels links” selected.

7.      Please ask your Implementation Consultant or to enable the connection with HomeToGo.


After enabling the connection, HomeToGo will receive all the listings that the property management company has shared with them. HomeToGo will review the listings and will send an email as soon as they go live. 


Minimum requirements:

       Properties in Instant booking only

       A payment gateway integrated in Kigo

       At least 5 valid images

       Title of at least 15 characters

       Description between 0 and 5000 characters

       Ad location within a city managed by HomeToGo

       At least some price charged on dates forward

       At least one bathroom and at least one room

       Capacity of at least 1 adult.

Booking Process:

Search inquiry.

1.      Availability search
2.      Visit to property details.
The property page shows the Price per night and the Total price incl. taxes and fees. The Refundable deposit is not included in the total.
A “Cost breakdown” is also available and shows the included services.
3.      When clicking on “Start booking”. The guest will be redirected to HomeToGo secure checkout page, where the guest must enter the personal details & the credit card information.
4.      The booking will be received in Kigo and the integrated payment gateway will attempt the charge of the initial % defined in the Payment plan of the contract settings.
5.      Notification to Property Manager throughout email and Kigo’s Platform.
6.      Once the booking is complete, the guest will receive the Confirmation email setup in the GuestXP and the Contract (if enabled).

Photos, property overview, amenities , rooms information, house information, description, Check-in & Check-out times, location and Terms of cancellation are pulled from Kigo.


HomeToGo charges the property manager 14% commission of the gross travel price (including extra services and fees, booking date to be decisive) + applicable VAT.  An invoice for the commission will be sent by HomeToGo directly to the property manager.


Payment & Cancellation policies

HomeToGo uses the payment and cancellation policies defined in the Contract configuration applied to the listings. The “Default Payment Plan” of your Contract settings determine the amount that will be charged at the moment of the booking with your payment gateway integrated in Kigo.
The contract text will be included in the “Terms of cancellation”.

HomeToGo will display the PM’s cancelation policy when a guest books their listing. If a guest needs to cancel their booking, they will cancel directly with the PM.

HomeToGo will send the credit card details of the guest to the PM’s booking page in Kigo. The credit card details are available for 10 days. After 10 days the credit card details will expire - please charge the guest within this 10 day window.

Guest data and reviews

HomeToGo pulls ratings and reviews from its partners. Guests are also asked to leave a review after checkout, and 30% of guests leave a review. Ratings influence CVR and therefore ranking.


Overbooking and cancellations

The property manager may not cancel Bookings made by Guests. The property manager shall lease the booked Properties to Guests for the term specified in the Booking. Please note that if a property manager cancels a booking, Recital 2, Section L and Recital 4 Section C of HomeToGo terms & conditions shall apply.
